Hiya

I've seen a few postings on the forum about this but haven't found an answer.

My menu inside my header, when tapped open on a mobile is failing to stay open.
I note that you were hoping to update Themler to change this but have just updated my site without the menu being affected.
Is there a fix for this?

Thank you, kind regards

Hello Eleanor,

This issue with responsive menu not opening is often caused by fixed height set for the responsive menu in Desktops mode, for its container, for responsive menu in Phones mode or for its container.
In general, it is not recommended, to use fixed height in responsive mode.
It should help, to remove this value or put it to Min Height.

Please let us know if you mean anything different.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Minimum height works a treat.

Thank you.

Hi,

Change the view to the phone mode, then click on the menu to open its options on the ribbon, then go to the Menu >> More options and the additional options will appear in the left panel, set the height to 100%.
The issue may be different so if that does not help, please attach your theme so we could review the settings.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi,

I don't see why my menu does not appear on mobile. It just says "Item is empty" while it works fine (in its desktop version) on desktop, laptop and tablet mode.

It just wouldn't switch to the mobile version and I don't know how. I have made other templates where it works fine, but here I have no plan why it doesn't.

It's not the height.

Best
Riccardo

Hi,

To show the brand on the product list, you’ll need to ensure the brand attribute is enabled and assigned to your products. Then:

Go to Themler Editor https://hamiltonretainingwall.co.nz/ and open your product list template.

Insert a Product Attribute or Custom Field control where you want the brand to appear.

Configure it to display the brand attribute (usually set as a custom field or taxonomy like "pa_brand").

If you're using WooCommerce, make sure the "Brand" is registered properly as a product taxonomy.

Let me know which platform you're using (e.g., WooCommerce, VirtueMart), and I can give more specific steps.

We faced a similar issue on Insignia a while back where the mobile menu would collapse immediately after being tapped, making it nearly impossible for users to navigate. After some troubleshooting, we found the problem was caused by a conflict between the theme's JavaScript and an outdated plugin. Once we updated the plugin and adjusted a small script inside the header template, the menu started working smoothly across all mobile devices.

Al buscar cómo tener mayor control sobre mis días fértiles, encontré una herramienta con un calendario menstrual predictivo que me ha ayudado tanto para evitar sorpresas como para comprender mejor mi cuerpo.

Content showing on mobile often behaves differently compared to desktops, sometimes appearing correctly, while other times it might look distorted or incomplete, suggesting that device compatibility plays a role. There is a possibility that issues related to network, device settings, or app versions affect how things are displayed on mobile. Similarly, what is 0965 may refer to a specific code, number, or identifier that can have different meanings depending on the platform or service. There is a chance that understanding its exact purpose requires further attention, as it may vary depending on context or system updates.

Mobile responsive menu not showing on mobile can seriously affect navigation and overall user experience, especially when users are trying to browse content smoothly on smaller screens. In the same way, even product sites like BakFlip MX4 depend on clean responsive design so visitors can easily access information without layout issues. Fixing these menu problems usually improves usability and makes the site feel more stable across different devices.

Mobile responsive menu issues often depend on how well a design adapts across different screen sizes and breakpoints in a theme or page builder setup. In the same way, BedRug focuses on a custom-fit truck bed liner that improves usability and protection through precise design and proper alignment. Both situations show how attention to structure and fit plays an important role in ensuring smooth performance and a better overall user experience.

A responsive menu not showing on mobile can result from CSS conflicts, JavaScript errors, or viewport issues. Check media queries, scripts, and layout settings to fix it quickly—just like choosing the right tonneau ensures proper fit and function.

Hi there,

This issue usually happens due to a JavaScript conflict or missing mobile menu scripts. First, make sure that all required JS files (like jQuery and your theme’s main script) are properly loaded and not throwing errors in the console.

Also check:

If there’s any CSS overriding the menu (like overflow: hidden or z-index issues)
Whether another plugin/script is conflicting with the toggle behavior
If the menu toggle button is correctly linked to the menu container

Sometimes clearing cache or disabling other plugins temporarily can help identify the root cause.

Interestingly, while working on responsive layouts for sites like mobile accessories website, I’ve noticed that even small script conflicts can break mobile navigation like this.

Hope this helps you track it down
