Good morning

I have the Themler Desktop version aswell on a laptop, as on a desktop computer.

Although, we are working in some sort of cloud, the theme's are not showing on both computers

So I exported the Loomla-theme on my laptop, with the option "include themeler for customizing" to a .zip file.
Transfered it to the pc, and there tried the option: "import from zip"

Then I get the popup-message: import failed: we are sorry, only Themler's themes are supported

Can somebody explain how this is possible?
Themler doesn't recognize it's own code?

greetings

Ok, I found a work-around to transfer the theme from 1 device to the other.

Device 1: export theme, with the option to include themler

Upload & install the Joomla-theme to the website
Go to the extensions manager and choose for templates
Now select and edit the template you just installed
Press the "edit templat" button.
A Themler-screen opens, and you can work like before.
Now export the theme again as a zip-file. I used the option to include themler.

Device 2: open the standard Themler theme.
File - open - Import from zip - select the .zip you just created.

tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa there it is.

It's a huge work-around for something stupid, not?

Hi Seppe,

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
If I download any template from the desktop version with Themler module included, I'm able to open it with Themler desktop later.

Please try to open the default Joomla template, download it under a different name with Themler module and attach to this ticket.

Thanks,
Ivan

Hi,

That is why I posted the whole work-around to let you know how difficult the programmers made this software

I didn't use your workaround.
I simply downloaded a template with Themler module included and then was able to import it back to my desktop version without opening it with Themler online version.

Please try to open the default Joomla template, download it under a different name with Themler module and attach to this ticket.

Could you please provide us with a template downloaded from your desktop version with Themler module included for investigation.

Thanks,
Ivan

And that is the theme that is now online
