Hi!

When I add the Shadow Bottom Corners Extension to a Joomla Module Position, the position get overridden with a white box and images. Please see the attached images.

This is the original without the extension:

It appears that this might be a bug - or Im doing something wrong.

Any one have any ideas on what might be going on?

thanks,

Hi,

That is the way it works. It takes out the transparency you had in the module position background settings. Please pick up the color of the footer area and set it as the background color for the Joomla Module Position.

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi Hella!

Thanks for your help! I got it working. But it does not look the the example shown here:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/8762/extensions
Perhaps there may be a difference between the way that Wordpress and Joomla render? Or is there a method to get it to work? I tried to use multiple boxes, but it does not look like the example.
Here are my results:

The Shadow Inner out extension works as it should.

thanks!

Hi,

Please open Arrange Options of the Joomla position control >> set position to relative.
This should help.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi Olivia!

Thank you for your help. I do indeed have the Positioning set to Relative. It appears that there is some other issue since the Shadow Inner Out works fine, but the Shadow Bottom Corners does not render as shown in the example.

This is not a show stopper. I am curious about how to set it though.

thanks!

Hi,

To see "Shadow Bottom Corners" you should add position relative if not specified, add background fill to container and add bottom margin to see the shadow (use two arrows, you can see them on your screenshot).

Thank you,
Olivia
