Themler installation OTHER THAN C drive

Hello Olivia,

This is very disappointing because this issue was raised from the very start of Themler, especially since what has happened to me and I think the public should now be aware of this.

Since Themler only is allowed to be installed on the C: drive, this is what took place.

I had done a system restore as my computer started to become slow. There weren't any viruses, you can rule that out. To my horror and dismay, when I did this, the months of work that I did in creating a website were COMPLETELY GONE!

I have created 3 backups, NONE were there! I believe this is because your installation in the C drive caused this nightmare and now we're being told there's no "timeline yet". Simply dumbfounded!

Please do so because I firmly believe this is an issue and with both Windows 8 and Windows 10, this will definitely become a major problem.

Excuse me... small precision...

Themler installation OTHER THAN C drive : Yes !!!!!!!

AND

Themler data : personal data from the developper : all templates (database mysql + anoter data)
I would like to have 2 différent directory : the 1st one for the application Themler and the 2d one for my data

I have just voted for this update.
However, as stated above it MUST allow for all data to be stored outside the core Windows folders so that in the event of a restore we don't lose data.
As a current Artisteer user, I save all artx files safely in customer folders along with the generated theme zip files on a backed up network location.
Its crucial that data can be backup up.

In the meantime, how do I backup all Themler data manually.
