Prestashop does not load, Please see error code in description!

When I am trying to load prestashop I get this message every time but another cms run well.

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_693832524/prestashop/admin6fhj6/index.php?controller=AdminAjax&theme_name=eShopper&token=26243d53f104cd517193172df075bf73&ajax=1&domain=http://themler.com&ver=122&startup=true&desktop=true. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Please solve this issue asap.

This is local website. I can't visit it.
Please provide us with the screenshot that demonstrates the issue.

Also please make sure that Themler theme is a used as default theme in PS admin panel:
