Are there any Verticle menu tutorials?

Do you have any tutorials showing how to style the animations and positioning of the submenu items in the verticle menu?

I have a verticle menu, I have added some submenu items which appear in the wrong place for my site.
I would like to change where they appear.
Having added those submenu items my top level menu item no longer links to it's page.
I would like my top level item to still link.

We are sorry for delay in response. You are working in Themler for Joomla, correct?

Could you please provide some details about this issue - a screenshot would be also helpful. Do you mean that submenu items appear not next to teh parent item but in some other location?
It looks like the option "On hover" is selected for the Vertical menu subitems.
In this case a list of subitems is opened but the parent item page is not loaded. Please try to change it to "With Reload" - with this option on hover, a list of subitems and the parent item page are loaded.
This option can be changed in Themler by selecting Vertical Menu >> Levels.

That helped. The link issue has now resolved itself and I have managed to get the menu to accordian open using the 'with reload' option.

Some picture/video tutorials would be really good!

In Themler go to your home page.

Then click on your vertical menu on your screen/website, then the vertical menu edit tools will appear.

I have highlihted where with reload is found!

Hello Eleanor,

Thank you for your suggestion. We have made some corrections to the article and will also check it and provide some screenshots for the Vertical Menu after a major update - since UI will be changed considerably.
