Images stretching

Hi
I have a Drupal Themler designed theme on a live site but noticed images stretch and distort when no settings are applied in styles/image. See attached Stretched image view.

If however I set width to auto then the images revert to the correct proportions.

Unfortunately this 'auto' setting overwrites the WYSIWYG editor settings where I have reduced the image size constraining proportions meaning the images revert to their original size. See attached normal view.

I can of course upload images in the required size but this means uploading mutliple images in differnt sizes for each page instance.

Is there a way to retain the image proportions as set in the WYSIWYG editor.

Many thanks
Robbie

Hello Robbie,
you may try to specify image width and height in percents.
If it does not help please provide link to the page that demonstrates the issue and note what image size you'd like to get.

Regards,
Aileen
