Is there a way to export the work I have done on a wordpress theme to use it as an import for another Themler theme? Or if I want to do the smae thing, but in an html format, do I have to start over?

Hi,

Yes, you need to recreate the theme in the desired format. There is no possibility to migrate between theme types.
