Making Widget Area Smaller

Cant seem to change the height '(and width) of the widget area. I want it to be so the widget area is only as big as the "Featured Products" widget.

Please attach your theme to the ticket. Also let us know what exact configurations you have in the back end so the featured products are shown in such way.
