header change on scroll

Is there a way to make the header and menu change when you scroll down like on this site? http://www.cadexdefence.com/ Also I cant seem to find the parallax effect in themler. Can you tell me where to add that into a template or what shortcode to use? Thanks

No, unfortunately such effect is not available in Themler. I'll add it to our wish list.

Hello Ahmed,
unfortunately now it's not in our plans to incorporate feature that allows to change the settings of header on scroll. But you may implement it in your theme following the article http://answers.themler.com/articles/96208/change-header-height-on-scroll
