Why i don't see Themes in my Account under Themes (see pic in Attachments) ? How i can upload a Theme ??

There you may see the themes saved when working on Themler online. But unfortunately that was a demo option and now you can not saved themes to BillionThemes.

If you are creating themes online you should then download them to your desktop to use further on the sites or in the editor.
