Why header changing take long time & sometime not change?

I am trying to change header when I was trying to make a html theme. I am not a free user so, may be I have no particular restriction. Can you explain it, how can I easily & faster change my header?

It is possible, to style the Header in the same way as any other control. Please select it on the page or in the Outline and use options in the Property Window on the left:

Do you mean by changing Header styling Header in a different way on different templates or pages? In this case could you please specify what you would like to achieve.
