themler not importing artisteer themes

I have exported a Themler theme using Artisteer, but I cannot import it into the desktop version. The error I get says that it is not a Themler theme. Any ideas?

Hi,

Make sure that you are using the proper Artisteer version. It should be downloaded from here:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/19107/themler-v1-0-59-desktop-installation-updated-and-joomla-artx-support-added-10-aug-2015

Also watch that the theme should be exported with the content included.
If that does not help, please attach your exported .zip file and the .artx file to the ticket.
