Hello,
I am so difficult to use the application, the situation below:
1) It takes excessive to open the projects in Joomla
2) I can not get to download themes created in Artisteer.
If I export a model in Joomla Artisteer, I can carry out the import of the same for the Themler?
When you export a file Artisteer using Themler format, where I perform the import in themler?

Hi,

To import the Artisteer template you need to export them with the special Artisteer version into the Themler format. Then you will use the Import from ZIP option. Have a look to the instructions:

Regarding the slow performance, please provide your computer characteristics including the HDD. Check that the disk space and memory are free when saving, also close the unnecessary applications while running Themler. Let us know if that helps.
