as I understand you need to load .js file and then use some custom HTML and CSS.
The general idea is:
1.add custom JS code which should be located in HEAD section (for example link to .js file) under Settings >> Additional HEAD HTML
2.add HTML Control and put:
-html code into HTML section
-CSS code into CSS section
of the control

When inserting the js in the settings it will be available/inserted in all pages. What if I want to insert an external JS only in a specific page?
