Posts responsiveness problem

When I am in desktop mode, the space between header and slider is normal (a slider in posts)

However when I go to tablet mode, the space becomes unexplainably large.

What can I do about it?

turned out the page-builder was the problem. Shifted to another page builder and all problems are gone.
