Can't create new theme: We are sorry, only Themler's themes are supported

Dear Themler,

As per today I can't create new themes (tested with Drupal).

When I hit the "Create new Theme" button I get the following error:

Import Failed We are sorry, only Themler's themes are supported.

Please help!

Hello,

I could successfully create a new theme in Themler Desktop for Drupal. Also default Themler theme for Drupal opens online without any issues.
If the issue is still actual for Themler desktop, please check if the issue is reproducible for other CMS's (for example, Wordpress).
Please let su know the result.

Yes, the issue persists, with a whole range of others.

I'm on Windows 7, 64 bit, maybe that is relevant to mention. I had to go through extensive steps I documented here in order to get Themler to function again (I had to roll back to the previous version: https://answers.themler.com/questions/45861/themler-v-130-hotfix-update-20-november-2015

As you will see at the time of writing at least one other person in that thread has posted experienced the same thing, this time with Wordpress.

This lookst ot me like a hugely critical bug.

Hello,

Please go to Windows Start Menu >> run Themler Diagnostics Tool >> use "Copy to clipboard" button to copy the output >> create .txt file and paste the copied log into this file >> attach .txt file to support topic. You may also move the topic to private if you wish.

Hi Nettie,

I suppose you want me to run the tool after doing the update again? It will take me some time as after the update I will need to go through the entire roll back and recovery procedure again, as I described here: https://answers.themler.com/questions/45861/themler-v-130-hotfix-update-20-november-2015

I am having the same issue with Joomla. All I get is a blank screen after clicking the Create New Theme button. Please fix this.

Please try to reinstall Themler desktop and make sure to use this latest version: Themler.1.0.153.94139.
If the issue persists, please create a new private topic and provide the .zip of the theme that you have used previously in Themler desktop, before the issue appeared.
