unable to edit meta data

Hi,

Home template is just a template. if you need to add specific Description and Keywords to the home page simply add them under the Joomla front page menu item.
It works just fine.
The keywords and description meta tags added under the Global Configuration display ok too.
Please explain in more details what exactly you're trying to achieve.
To check what causes the issue (theme or something else) please enable default joomla template and check whether meta tags appear with this template or not.

I have been attempting to edit the meta data tags description and keywords for the home template of the website, but have been unable to do so.

I have a joomla 3.4.5 website running a themler template that I created. the url is: http://connecticutballet.org.

I have updated the meta tag information in the global configuration of the website. I have updated meta tag information in the home. I also followed the instructions in the answers section of the themler website: http://answers.themler.com/questions/32494/how-do-you-edit-meta-data-in-themler, but also to no avail. I also tried a 3rd party component that was also unable to update it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
