I am unable to download any photos. I keep getting redirected to the Subscription page.

I have a 1 year subscription that ends September 2016.

Hi,

Please let us know if the problem persists. I see that you had purchased the Large photos subscription yesterday. Make sure that you are logged into your account when trying to download.
In case the issue is still there, please provide a link to the exact image you can not download and also the screen shot of the error.

The Photo browser is blank. No photos shown. There is no problem to download themes.
