Hello,
I apologize for delay in response.
In fact it's more preferable to use Chrome browser.
Please let us know do you get an error in FF or it just loads forever?
If you close unnecessary tabs in FF does Themler load?

regards,
Aileen

the error happens because the ssl error i described in this threat: http://answers.themler.com/questions/48968/themler-com-ssl-not-valid-and-i-cant-update-themler-for-desktop-windows-and-themler-cant-load-on-firefox
and i am attaching the screen capture to this massage.
i meen to say that it happens because the ssl signature themler uses is self signed, and also the pages "account.themler.com" and "ansewrs.themler.com" use the ssl that is ment only for "themler.com"
what as a resolt of this happens is that the browser will not go on loading content from these pages.
