This is a correct behavior.
You're being redirected to our home page as soon as you need to choose how exactly do you want to create your new theme. You can download Themler PC and go on working locally or you can work with our online version on your website.

you may work with Themler online version, and work with sample theme on cloud. To do it select 'Try Online' option for one of CMS (e.g. for WordPress)
