Please try to disable all the plug-ins installed on your site and try to run Themler again. If that does not help, create a private ticket with the access to the site back end so we could review the settings. Each issue is individual so we cannot provide the general solution.

Please make sure to backup all the created themes from the folder on your computer, the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS. Or click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder. Please try completely uninstalling Themler and also remove Themler folder from the Mac library. Then temporarily disable antivirus and firewall, download and install Themler for Mac anew.

I am now having this issue to when trying to update my slide show via themler.

It's happening all the time with a html5 project.
Is there any log or something to see the error?

In the meantime, I've opened a private issue (83988) with more details and screen recording.

This error is happening with themler on my desktop machine. I upgraded wordpress and this is what happened afterwards.

please submit a new private topic and provide access to your CMS admin back end. This is the common error messages, it may have number of different reasons.

I can't even open the post template without getting this error, then it reloads to the homepage template.
