When I load Themler from Joomla template edit it says this.
"Sorry, error occurred. Your project will be restored" after click on "Ok" button,
system repeat the same screen.....and keeps restarting and loop offer the same error message ?
It is same on Firefox and Chrome

Some guy already reported this but disappeared and can only be seen in the Google search cache.
Please I am on tight deadline, pleas

I created a private ticket, but the only answer, 3 days ago, was to transcript the error message to translate it.

I reported also the original english error message.

My project is stalled from 7 days.

Please make sure to backup all the created themes from the folder on your computer, the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS. Or click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder. Please try completely uninstalling Themler and also remove Themler folder from the Mac library. Then temporarily disable antivirus and firewall, download and install Themler for Mac anew.

I have the same problem, why is there no solution available online if obviously so many people have this issue? Do I really have to rebuild this template?

Hi,

Please try to disable all the plug-ins installed on your site and try to run Themler again. If that does not help, create a private ticket with the access to the site back end so we could review the settings. Each issue is individual so we cannot provide the general solution.
