I was trying to update upgrade through Themler PC software last night and it keep saying I don't have valid subscription. I paid for the one year subscription on July 2015.

Please advise

I'm not able to import my joomla templates from Artisteer. I thought you guys added this feature.

You have received the subscription for free with your Artisteer license key that expired on 1st of September. So Themler subscription expired in the same time. You can now upgrade Themler or Artisteer to receive the ability to use updates further.

Regarding importing of Artisteer Joomla templates. You need to have the special Artisteer version that exports in the Themler format. Please refer to the instructions:
