Can you explain to me where I need to translate the text "View" and "Proceed to Checkout". I've looked in every PO file.

Hello,

In fact, this text is hardcoded into the theme. So it is necessary, to edit theme files. But please note that the changes will be overriden after each export or update.
Our developers are working on making this text translatable in one of future updates.

Hello,
for now you need to edit some theme files to change the mentioned translations. Please refer to this post which describes what files should be changed:
