I cannot change this font, size and color.

When I try to change the font in the post the option goes grey and won't be change.
I want to change Ariel to Bershire Swash, I cannot seem to do it,

Please navigate the Post Content Control using Path:

The option to config text formatting of the Post Content Controls works as it should on my side.
