add sidebar

Hi I would like to add a sidebar to the top left of my page
http://www.incahoot.info/?tp=1 position 20 and add a verticle menu in it

I have tried copying and pasting sidebars, I had tried "add new sidebar and content" but nothing works, I also (before the upgrade) used to be able to drag and drop a sidebar from the left panel on to a page and then click on the sidebar and set its percentage width but neither of those options seem to work anymore

I could do with some feedback on this please

Hi,

Please note that sidebar widgets are added in the admin section. Have you tried adding widgets into the positions in the admin section?

Could you please start from first principles, what admin section are you referring too?
Do you mean Joomla or Themeler?
