Setting icon hyperlinks

This seems like another bug introduced by the latest update - an update I, personally, am not wildly happy about. It's so different to the old style that it almost requires relearning the program.

There doesn't seem to be any way to add a hyperlink to the social icons anymore, or it's well hidden.

URL and URL to share can be added for each social icon like this:

Nope - not what I get - see image. I selected the icon that was there by default and this is what I see. Truly, this new interface and upgrade is a giant leap backwards. It has really made Themler cumbersome and frustrating to use - it is NOT an improvement at all.

FYI, I can't access that link. Tells me I need to log in again (even though I'm logged in).

For the Icon control - please select it, then navigate the Icon tab >> Hyperlink:

Hi Support, I do not see above menu structure as shown in the above image (i184.png) what I see what is shown in image (i179.png). I want to add a link to facebook page for my client,

I am on version themler version 292, creating a Joomla template.

Hi,

For create link to Facebook Page you can use 'Icon' Control.

For this control you can set URL to your client Facebook page.

Other control 'Social Icons' can be used for add "Share this page" buttons for your page.

For this control you need set link to page for sharing. And you will see:
i179.png

So, if you want add link to your client Facebook page you should use 'Icon' control instead 'Social Icons' control.
