A change in size or font on a text control changes every text control on my template.

Please attach a screen shot demonstrating where exactly you have changed the font size. Was it under the Design tab?

I select the content from an image-text control (# 1 in Screenshot_1.png),
change the text from the option that popup when the control is clicked (# 2 in Screenshot_1.png),
see that the other text-image control have a normal size (# 3 in Screenshot_1.png), but as son as I change the size for the first image-text control all other image-text control also change (see Screenshot_2.png)

Sorry for the delay. Maybe you could attach your theme so we could test. Also you simply press the increase text size button in the content menu?
