Sections in Joomla Pages

Sorry, but i cannot understand how to insert section inside joomla pages. Your tutorial applies to wordpress and i cannot reply that in Joomla.
It is possible do the same in Joomla modules with custom HTML? If not, this is a suggestion for future.

Hi,

There was an old one page theme but it was not based on sections and we removed it unfortunately.

In general, you just need to add Section and use Section ID for menu item URL (external URL type). That's all.

Oh great, thank you. I looked for ages for that but obviously in the wrong place. I may attempt it.

Also, are there any complete templates made in Themler for Joomla that you can download and adapt? I know there are sections, but I wondered about more complete templates specifically for the CMS? A marketplace, perhaps?

I'm sure I once came across a tutorial about how to use Sections/make a site basically using mainly one long page? with Joomla, but I can't find it. Am I imagining that?

Hi,

The workflow is similar to WP.

1) Add page in admin
2) Add Section in Themler
3) Save Content with section
4) Refresh page in Admin
5) Preview changes
