how can i change the email address ? cannot verify the email

hi,

i add the wrong email with out the 'F' in marcofelixdesign@gmail.com

but my serial number is stuck in this profile. I cannot change the email address, nor cancel this user to user my artisteer SN with the right one.

Please, help
