Can I use this technique to create multilingual support in Pretashop too ?
On an other topice - i see WP Widget with multilingual support - is it possible to use such widget in Prestashop ?

Could you give me the correction direction to goes further in multilingual support with Themler in Prestashop?

You can use the Prestashop modules for translations. Also you can refer to the following article on how to use custom templates in Prestashop:

Hi,

Unfortunately the static text on slider cannot be translated.
This is a part of the theme design, not the dynamic CMS data.
