Wordpress Widget / Menu Problem

I am not sure who to ask about this. Either Themler

or WordPress. Maybe someone can help. Before upgrading to 4.4.1 in Appearance > Widgets> Widget Area, there was a Visibility option that let me choose by category what posts a menu would show on. Since 4.4.1 it is broken , no button shows up and every menu on my site shows up on every post. I had worked very hard to group them into categories and I am not sure what broke it. I have enclosed screenshots of the problem in the links. Thanks in advance for helping.

I noticed, that vertical menu only shows up with Themler, I cannot find that option on any other template. Can you guys please take a look.

Could you please check if other non-Themler themes are giving the same error.
If no, please provide an access to your back end. I'll move this case to private if needed, just let me know.
