"Can I sell my own themes on theme marketplaces, e.g. ThemeForest?
You're not allowed to resell themes, e.g. on theme marketplaces like ThemeForest in the following cases:
1. If the theme contains images from BillionPhotos:
2. If this is one of the theme available on BillionThemes with or without modifications.
But you're allows to sell such themes to individual customers. Only reselling in not allowed.
