Hello,
- The Full Page length slider does exist in the default Theme, so you may try the same settings. In general you need set Length option to "Full Page" and Width option to "100%":
If you cannot manage with it please provide link to your theme (if it is saved on Cloud) or access to admin back end (if you're working with downloaded theme).

An exception can be made in case the trial subscription for Photos expired and a monthly subscription launched automatically, you have contacted BillionDigital support a little while after this, and under condition that no images have been downloaded since that moment.
