Using the desktop app, editing the default template the vertical scrollbar is missing so I cannot edit further down the page of the template.
I am trying to put a wordpress widget area above both the content and the right sidebar, also just above the footer area in a new section, both to be available on all pages of the website.
I have added the top one to the default template but the other page templates do not inherit it, how do I make that happen?
To add to my confusion there is a dropdown for Template, and then the change template icon, and also Pages and Posts to select. The "About", "FAQ", "History" pages, do these use the default or page template?
Can you please explain how this all relates and what inherits what.
Thanks

There is no scrollbar on the right side of the default template editor, so I can't see the footer and the bottom of the template. Picture attached with where it should be.
I am wanting to add more wordpress widget areas, including one below the content.
