How to add a new section?

hi if you see my page www.incahoot.info/about you can see i have added a section to that page and entered text a nd picture into it

But how do i add more text and pictures below that section into a new section?

I have tried creating columns and containers and adding a text box, but the text just appears on top of my above sections when i view it in a browser

i have tried add sections from your templates but they just appear in the top of the page but i want to add data to the bottom half of the page not the top
