I tried to increase maximum execution time in php.ini upto 6000 but still iam getting same error while trying to install joomla, magento, prestashop..

wordpress, DNN and drupal are working fine.

I am having the same problem with joomla, magento, prestashop. Is there a fix for this problem?

Hi, i had the same problem, I had disable the antivirus, but nothing happens. So then, went to the firewall and in the allow applications added to themler.exe and it worked.
