I do not appear
CMS theme to apply

I installed themler in mac
I installed themler in wp from my domain
I've updated but I see the option: apply theme to cms

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hi,

Sorry, the description not clear. When you edit the theme from your back end then to save those changes to the site you can use the Apply to CMS option. Also the Publish option will also save your changes.
