Hi,

I added shortcodes to my Drupal site but nothing happened, I can see the pure code instead of the "result".
I simply added them to a content as described here: http://answers.billiondigital.com/articles/3896/columns-shortcode
Do I need to add something more? Thank you.

Regards,
Lajos

Hi,

As seen on your video I just added shortcodes to my content, but I can only see the code, not the result (e.g. 2 columns text):
[one_half]Cras sit amet nibh libero...[/one_half]
[one_half]Cras sit amet nibh libero...[/one_half]

It also happens on your billiondigital site, e.g. here: http://drupal.22.i699.cms1-live.billiondigital.com/node/11
Hope everything is understanable now.
Thank you.

Regards,
Lajos

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. This info should be added to help pages, and I should pay less because I get less. :-)

Hello

Previously the notification that shortcodes are supported in Joomla and Wordpress only was added to ShortCodes documentation in Themler. Unfortunately this note was lost when transferring documentation to the website. The online documentation is not fully ready yet. We're still working on it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I've added the note to the ShortCodes Overview page.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi,

Actually it makes me dissatisfied, because I have Drupal export option that is why I pay much more for you than others, but I get less.
I think it is really unfair and this situation must be solved!
Thank you.

Hello

Unfortunately supporting shortcodes in Drupal is more difficult than it might seem. I've checked several popular Drupal paid themes on themeforest and non of them support shortcodes.

We plan to implement this feature in the future. But I can't provide you with the timeline yet.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi Olivia: Many themeforest and related themes DO support shortcodes in drupal - either directly or via https://www.drupal.org/project/shortcode . It is definitely "borrowed" from wordpress, but it is a very popular drupal module with over 15K users and very high growth: https://www.drupal.org/project/usage/shortcode

Shawn,

Yes, we know about this plugin. But we prefer to not use third-party modules in the theme. We'll try to create our own solution.

Thank you,
Olivia

Thanks for the quick reply Olivia - that definitely makes sense but please be aware that this module is attempting to create a standard shortcode API that other modules can use (see https://www.drupal.org/search/site/shortcode) so please keep that in mind when developing your technology so at least it can coexist with this module, if not support it directly.

The CIS-Discovery Exam Questions requires deep understanding of ServiceNow's Discovery application architecture and core concepts. Pass4Early's question bank thoroughly covers essential topics including Discovery process phases, probe types, sensor configurations, and CMDB relationships. Through detailed scenario-based questions, you'll develop the skills needed to configure Discovery effectively and understand how it populates and maintains the CMDB with accurate configuration item (CI) data.
