Selling a theme in themeforest using themler from scratch and not using any images of billion photos

Hello ,I wanted to ask that i will create a theme from scratch and i will not use the billion photos in my theme so can i sell in themeforest?

  1. Can i include the Functionals into my theme which are available in themler (i will not use images) So can i use Functionals in my theme for reselling theme in themeforest

Yes, you can resell templates that you have created without using the BillionPhotos media.
