Hi again (and again and again) really I'm very upset, everytime I try to work with themler a new problem appears...
- Some changes dissapear (specially the gradients)
- Few weeks ago I try to remake a design for one of my Wordpress subscriptions sites, and This week finally i lost all my work
- I need to create a WooCommerce template, then, I purchased an upgrade, but... now I'm using a free template (after pay Artisteer and Themler from 2011...)
- Today a support connect to my computer because can't work with Themler, this fails in the load and can't make nothing, the support fix the problem but, now, trying to open New template... NOTHING OCCURS can't work again...
- Today in a virtual environment I installed a Themler and work in new design but when try to export the images don't export!!! and some elemments don't update in my exports... I refresh cache, clean coockies etc... but nothing changes
Really, some people in the world, like me, need a software to design and load templates, but, every day I try to work
I finish writing here And i'm very tired of this situation, have three sites with payment (I need these sites... but online) one is down because can't make any template, allways fails, other site have a free template (after I payed a design software...) and the third is working with a payed template...
And... in other case... I see sometimes you says "Wordpress is a problem" but... only is a problem with Themler? because Artisteer not have these errors?
Again, I lost a week, can't put online my subscription sites and I'm losing my time and my money... Only will a UI design software and perhaps you need competency to work fine with themler...
I hope that soon you can work with Themler, by the way, after having recommended it to several people ... now they come to claim me.
Now you say, send me a template, send me a screenshot... but... really ¿Do you think this is a way to work? I'm a TI Manager, not designer, not developer and my work is not send a support request everyday, when send you a template ok, you can fix the problem, but... the problem on Themler in my desktop computer is the same....
Send you (again) a video file with some problems...
