Themler crashing and not restoring content

Hi

In the months I've been working with Themler it has crashed on me countless times, and every time it crashes it offers me the option to restore the project, or to go bask to the last time I save it, I select 'Restore" BUT it never restore the project to where I was, it always go back to whatever I had the last time I hit save.

So first, I will like you to keep debugging the program so that it does not crash as it does now. I am not going to start a discussion on why it is crashing because it could be millions of reasons right now. BUT what I will like in the meantime, as a cushion, is to have an auto-save option added to the program, where I can set the intervals when I want Themler to auto-save my work ( I mean let us choose the time for the auto-save, like 1 minute, 10 minutes, 1 hour... whatever we want) This will save os hours of work.

Could this be possible?

Hello Omar,
I'm terribly sorry for delay in response.
In fact Themler includes autosave option and when project is re-stored you should be provided with the option re-store the project to auto save state or not.
If No was selected in this dialog or if this dialog did not appear (it may happen if Internet connection was lost) then unfortunately there's no way to re-store the project.
As project is not restored in your case each issue should be investigated individually.
So when you encounter the crash next time please contact us and provide us with access to your CMS admin back end and describe the steps you followed (at least approximately) before crash.
