Contact Form 7 - simple styling

Hi there,
Hopefully you may be able to help with a simple question please?

I am currently using the 'Contact form 7' plugin, until Themler possibly has a form as a Control (I know that other users have put this on their 'Wishlist' of nice to have items.

My question is: How can I simply style this form eg:- specify fonts used on the website theme, put simple shadows underneath the boxes and colour text etc? Where would you put any new code?

Any help would be gratefully received. If its additional css, a sample of what is needed for the above would be great as I'm not very good with css at the moment!

Under Posts tab - Post content control - More styles - Input options. You can control there a lot.
