very disappointed, I can not use Themler

Hi,

Sorry, but I am very very disappointed with Themler. Themler doesn't work at all. I am trying to make my own website for a couple of month now, and I am not good at it. I purchased Artisteer/Themler, because your company promised to make it easy for dummies to set up a wordpress website. How I have messed up since I started Themler. What your website didn't tell is that the support is terrible, who can make a website, when you are stuck, ask a question and you get the answer at best a few hours later, usually the next day. I run into problems every few minutes. I need a daily all time available chat support to help me out and you don't provide it. In the meantime I wasted a lot of time and also money for the purchase. How can I return to you the purchased and downloaded Artisteer and Themler software and get the purchase money back?

You never answered his question Olivia ??? He wants his money back.
And so do I . I've only just bought it, being frustratingly try do something in Themler without the bad scripts running in it freezing the browser. All this pain at an insane price!?
For the price its supposed to work real well. Please give me my money back.

Can I please get my money back? I've tried to work with this thing for well over a week now. I still am unable to make even a basic template. There are virtually zero videos or websites that are worth anything in describing how to use this software. I have tried and tried and tried to work with this but am unable to comprehend why one would use a container vs a header vs a section, etc. Artisteer was a thousand times more intuitive and it just worked.
