Different headers in Templates

Hi,

I need to create different templates for different pages, I need different headers for differetn pages, but keeping the layout structure. When I remove the header from the page as in your tutorial video it removes the header from all pages.
There is no way of adding the header unless adding it on all the templates.

I also tried adding a layout container instead of the header for a custom page, but I cannot align the layout with the page.

Please help.

I think you´re talking about a HTML Template.

  1. Dont use "Header" Section in your Template.
  2. Instead create a section for that (but not INSIDE the headerposition) on every page.

Hi,

I have done that which works, but the only thing is how can I add a search box to the subpages just like the search box on the homepage which user a header.

For your information: I created a section then added a layout container and then the image for custom templates.

What is the problem with inserting the search box? You can consider adding image as the background image for the section.

HI,

Thanks, I put in a section and used the header image as background and then entered columns into the section and then entered the search box into the column.

That works for me now.
