Wordpress section panel - adding 2 latest blogs

Hi guys,

I'm trying to add a section (Section ID: 2679279, Section Preset store - Section) and would like one of the panels to display the 2 latest blog posts. Is this possible? Also, I am unable to set the section width to full page. It just stretches out the image I'm using for the background.

To clarify, I would like to have 2 blog post headings with a read more button in one of the panels.

Hello Charlie,
you may use Recent Posts widget to output two latest posts.
When you add the Section to one of WP pages it becomes the content of this page. I.e. you may open this page in WP admin back end and edit it. So in fact you'd like to incorporate Recent posts widget right inside the page content.
It is possible with the help of special plugins.

Hi Aileen,

I'm trying to add the widget section under Soldier on news (see attached) but it's not letting me. It's not even letting me add a section container under that heading. Any advice?

Hello Charlie,
my advice is the same - use special plugin which allows to incorporate widget inside page content.
Well, when the section is added to the Home page in Themler

It means that it becomes the Home page content. Here is it in the Home page opened in WP admin back end

So if you'd like to add widget here

It means that the widget should be added directly to page content, here:

Themler cannot add widget directly to page content. Special plugin is needed to do it.
