A More detailed Documentation

Thanks for the great product. I however think documentation for themler is very limited in its current state.

Can you please give us a PDF documentation in which all the controls, icons, features, how to use the elements, work flows are explained? Artisteer had this type of documentation and it was easy to get around the software.

I like the video tutorials but i think have one document i can always refer to will be the best approach since it takes soo long to get responses to support tickets.

They seem to change things quickly and would need to update often. Possibly upon a stable release.

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately the application interface and functionality is constantly improving an a lot of new things appear, that's why we can not create a one-time document as it was in Artisteer, but we try to add more helpful articles in our documentation and will be glad to hear what exact information is missing.
Also we have added the tags to each forum thread so you could search for the similar questions and probably get answers before contacting us directly.
In any case we are sorry for the long response time, we are trying to do our best.
