Hello, I would like to know if empty columns containing Joomla module positions can be set to not take up that space if some are empty.

Like Artisteer or other bootstrap templates I have seen when there is only 3 modules they are spread out evenly across the space of the container.

Not sure if this makes sense. In my footer I have 4 columns with a Joomla module position in each. If I would like the 3 columns to be evenly distributed when there less than 4.

Thank you

There are some classes but not in Themler as I am aware of.
Best to try with Layout container and display: inline-block for widget areas. No fast width. But then your widget content will influence much, they need not to break to new line.

Why not just create another row with 3 columns above or below the 4 column row. Then when using 3 modules, simply shift the modules to the 3 column row, and vice-verse. If nothing is in a particular row, it doesn't show anyway.

I was mostly curious how Artisteer does this. Themler and bootstrap may work differently.

Thanks for the suggestions. Mostly footers are the same across whole site. but I guess it would be more about other areas possibly. Still learning.
