On a Wordpress Themler theme the sliders are not correctly responsive. Is there a way to set the images in the slider to be responsive?

Tracy,

Slider is responsive, but controls positioning in Slider is absolute.
There is no automatic way to recalculate position for each mode.
By default Themler places elements proportionally to the responsive mode size.

To adjust positions for each responsive mode please switch the mode and move elements to positions you want. Additionally you can change size or font size for each responsive mode.

Please let us know if you sill have any questions.

Thanks,
Oleg

Tracy,

Please switch responsive mode and adjust image or text position when it is needed.

We are working on automating responsive positioning.

Thanks,
Oleg

I can't see how to resize the image that is inside the slider. Or do I have to create new images separately and replace the images there with smaller one?

OK, I thought that you ask how to move text in responsive modes.
If you need to move Text please do following:
1. Switch to one of responsive modes
2. Move text into correct position

If you want to make Slide background image responsive please go to Image options.
And experiment with Size and Position properties.
For example Contain Size will not crop image in all responsive modes.

Great instructions, thank you. I wish there was somewhere all this was in one place and had videos explaining it. Themler will be very powerful, if people can actually use it correctly.

Question: Can we hyperlink each slide to a different page on our website?

Tracy,

We will try to add Slide ULR functionality.

You may try the following workaround.
1. Add HTML Control inside each slide, in its HTML property add code like:

<a style="height:100%; width:100%;display:block" href="http://your-url"></a>

2. Change HTML control properties:

Thanks,

Hi Tracy,
the Image control located on the slide or slider background image does not have "HTML" option which could be edited.

But if you added HTML control (via Insert >> Other >> HTML) then it has the HTML property where you may add custom HTML

Aileen
